Hey guys. I have a UltraGauge OBDII scanner in my ST and I just got in my car to drive home and a pending trouble code alert came up. It said the trouble code is P0300. When I googled it I found that the code means my car has a random misfire. I haven't felt or noticed anything different. Should

I am currently dealing with this issue. 2016 Mustang GT Premium. Was showing P0300 and P0308 codes. All plugs changed and coil that was misfiring changed…. Everything moved around…. Code kept coming back. Look up IMRC shaft issues for the Mustang. It is the #3 issue with these cars apparently.

P0300 - random or multiple misfire . I would check your spark plugs just to make sure, but with this code it doesn't sound like a spark plug issue. Since you changed out your coil pack not too long ago, that would be the first thing I would check
The only problems recently were dying batteries, and I replaced those this week with some red top optimas. I was getting ready to pick the boat up out of the water when the light came up. Checked it this morning on the SCT and it is a P0300 - rndm mult cyl msfr.
This morning when I started the truck, the light was not on anymore. Yeah, misfire DTC's can heal. (The PCM constantly runs a complex misfire monitor routine. Not to be a pessimist, but I doubt you have seen the last of it. If you can get a Mode $06 report, it contains some more useful information than the single idiot DTC light.
